is not really 100% P2W from what i know,but the problem is the skill slots,there is A slot and B slot,each of them have 4 slots from skills to use,and to unlock both you need to pay real money,or wait 1 month or even a year to get it from event,or buy it from players that overprice it,anyway is not really that P2W,even tho that costumes and mounts give some stats,those are not game changers.
